Job Title: Senior Channel Partner & Account Manager, France - Healthcare

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Partner & Account Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including identifying new business opportunities and negotiating partnerships
  • Provide sales support and training to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our products effectively
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare market and our products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop strategies to improve it
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
