Your responsibilities

Your primary duties encompass:

  • Engage in design evaluations, as assigned by the ILS Manager, to ensure early consideration of SLI requirements, and participate in support working groups with clients, as directed by the ILS Manager.
  • Develop the Logistic Support Analysis Plan (LSAP) and maintenance strategies within a project framework.
  • Oversee ASL architects, business stakeholders, and subcontractors in relation to the product in question.
  • Implement ASL standards or specifications, particularly ASD S3000L and MIL-STD 1388.
  • Define, conduct, and/or lead ASL studies.
  • Evaluate the impact on the support system due to equipment/system changes.
  • Prepare and engage in industrial testing and/or maintenance suitability validation.
  • Manage deliverables within your area of responsibility.
  • Generate ASL estimates within RAO or self-funded initiatives.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement efforts of the ASL/Maintainability Department and leverage ASL work/data.
  • Create project-related metrics and reports.

Your work environment

You will collaborate with 2 permanent colleagues and several consultants under your guidance.
Additionally, as part of the SLI business team, you will aid in the service's growth by defining best business practices, drafting quality procedures, and monitoring the evolution of business standards as an S3000L expert.

Who are you?

With a Master's degree in a technical discipline, you should possess a robust understanding of support engineering (ASL, DTU, Tools, etc.), maintenance, and operational safety. Familiarity with Logistic Support Analysis standards and specifications (MIL-STD-1388-2B and S3000L) is crucial. Knowledge of public procurement processes is necessary.
You should be adept in computer tools. A good command of English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Adaptable and flexible, you will need to maintain a multi-project perspective in this role, with regular client interactions.

Occasional travel may be required.
