Job Description

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic Sales Administration team, comprising 2 staff members, and be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Team Leadership: Set targets, monitor performance, and support individual development to ensure the team's success.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance job efficiency and reporting, with a primary focus on debt recovery and collaboration with other departments (Sales, Logistics, SQA) and EU entities (HQ F&A, manufacturing plants).
  • Internal Reporting: Conduct regular meetings with customers and ensure consistent and reliable invoicing processes (EDI/Manual/SBI).
  • Support and Development: Provide daily operational support to the team, including but not limited to:
    • Master data management (create new part numbers, delivery addresses, invoice addresses, price maintenance)
    • Debt control: analysis, recovery, reporting, and establishment of preventive actions/anticipation
    • Support EDI/invoicing issues analysis and resolution, and invoice correction
    • Price provisions maintenance
    • Tooling/Development costs management
    • Margins control

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac + 2) in Action commerciale/Gestion des entreprises or equivalent
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably in the automotive industry, with a minimum of first management experience
  • Fluency in English

Skills and Knowledge

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Accounting basics
  • Understanding of invoicing processes and tax management
  • Some knowledge of EDI INVOIC system
  • Comfortable with project management (EDI project, major changes at customer impacting invoicing systems)
  • Ideal knowledge of automotive environment (Sales Administration of OEM)
  • Ideal knowledge of INFOR LN system (if not any other ERP)
