Sales Administration Team Lead

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic Sales Administration team, comprising 2 staff members, and be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Team Leadership: Set targets, monitor performance, and support individual development to ensure the team's success.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance job efficiency and reporting, with a primary focus on debt recovery and collaboration with other departments (Sales, Logistics, SQA) and EU entities (HQ F&A, manufacturing plants).
- Internal Reporting: Conduct regular meetings with customers and ensure consistent and reliable invoicing processes (EDI/Manual/SBI).
- Support and Development: Provide daily operational support to the team, including but not limited to:
- Master data management (create new part numbers, delivery addresses, invoice addresses, price maintenance)
- Debt control: analysis, recovery, reporting, and establishment of preventive actions/anticipation
- Support EDI/invoicing issues analysis and resolution, and invoice correction
- Price provisions maintenance
- Tooling/Development costs management
- Margins control
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac + 2) in Action commerciale/Gestion des entreprises or equivalent
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably in the automotive industry, with a minimum of first management experience
- Fluency in English

Skills and Knowledge
The successful candidate will possess:
- Accounting basics
- Understanding of invoicing processes and tax management
- Some knowledge of EDI INVOIC system
- Comfortable with project management (EDI project, major changes at customer impacting invoicing systems)
- Ideal knowledge of automotive environment (Sales Administration of OEM)
- Ideal knowledge of INFOR LN system (if not any other ERP)
