About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager Ground Support Equipment to join our team at Michael Page. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Ground Support Equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fidélisation et sécurisation des clients GSE existants: You will be responsible for ensuring the loyalty and security of our existing GSE clients, and for renewing contracts in a timely manner.
  • Prospection de nouvelle clientèle: You will identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients in the GSE sector.
  • Développement de nouveaux comptes: You will work closely with our sales team to develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Réponse à des appels d'offres: You will respond to tender opportunities and negotiate contracts with clients in the GSE sector.
  • Suivi des dossiers commerciaux: You will work closely with our commercial team to ensure that all commercial matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Interface commerciale/contractuelle client: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the GSE sector, and will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual matters are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the GSE sector, and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

You will be a strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally, and be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
