Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a CDI - Responsable des usines pilotes innovation (H/F). This role will be responsible for managing the team of BEL pilots, who work closely with research and development to prototype and test new products and processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the manufacture of small production series and overseeing CAPEX investments for RID.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of ~25 people with 5 direct reports across 3 sites in France and the US.
  • Develop and implement pilot capability management strategies in collaboration with engineering and operations.
  • Manage budgets and CAPEX for the entire RID, including overheads, fees, and raw materials.
  • Oversee the implementation of industrial transposition projects and develop market test capability.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are met, and comply with food certifications.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in R&D or Operations with a solid technical background.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Excellent technological skills, particularly in dairy and/or cheese processes.
  • Managerial experience on teams of significant size.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
