Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Capabilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for managing our pilot units in France, the US, and abroad, ensuring the quality, safety, and environmental standards of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 25 people, with 5 direct reports, across two sites in France and one site in the US.
- Develop and implement pilot capabilities, including prototyping, technical screening, and process/product technological know-how.
- Manage budgets and CAPEX investments for RID, with a focus on efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deploy digital management and traceability tools.
- Develop market test capabilities and implement industrial transposition projects.
- 10-15 years of experience in R&D or Operations, with a solid technical background.
- International experience is a plus.
- Excellent technological skills, particularly in dairy and/or cheese processes.
- Managerial experience on teams of significant size.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
