Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Capabilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for managing our pilot units in France, the US, and abroad, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.

Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Manage and coach a team of 25 people, with 5 direct reports, across two sites in France and one in the US.
  • Implement pilot hubs abroad, rationalize business management, and develop skills and work processes.
  • Deploy digital management and traceability tools, and implement industrial transposition projects.
  • Develop market test capabilities and manage budgets and CAPEX for the entire RID department.
  • Ensure compliance with food certifications and CSR management.

We are looking for a candidate with 10-15 years of experience in R&D or Operations, with a solid technical background and international experience. You should have excellent technological skills, particularly in dairy and/or cheese processes, and be able to lead complex multidisciplinary transformations and projects.

As a member of our Research and Application Steering Committee, you will contribute to the commitment of our collaborators behind the role and mission of the team.

Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in R&D or Operations with a solid technical background.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Excellent technological skills, particularly in dairy and/or cheese processes.
  • Managerial experience on teams of significant size.
  • French and English compulsory.
