CDI Pilot Manager

Bel Group is a leading player in the food industry, with a portfolio of renowned brands and a strong commitment to sustainability. We are seeking a highly skilled CDI Pilot Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of ~25 people, with 5 direct reports, across 3 sites in France and the US.
- Oversee the implementation of pilot hubs abroad, ensuring seamless integration with engineering and operations.
- Rationalize and optimize business management, focusing on performance and key indicators.
- Develop skills and work processes, deploying digital management and traceability tools.
- Manage a budget of several million euros, overseeing overheads, fees, and fixed costs.
- Coordinate and monitor CAPEX for the entire RID, ensuring timely and efficient investment.
- Lead the CSR roadmap for Pilot operations, facilitating workshop safety and compliance with COMSEC.
- 10-15 years of experience in R&D or Operations, with a solid technical background.
- International experience is a plus.
- Excellent technological skills, particularly in dairy and/or cheese processes.
- Managerial experience with teams of significant size.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate teams, with empathy and listening skills.
- Fluency in French and English is compulsory.
