Cintoo, a fast-growing start-up, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support the APAC region. As a key member of our Customer Success Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, crafting customer success strategies, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Objectives:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients, ensuring onboarding, implementation, and retention.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship to drive continued value from our products and services.
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned strategic accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Act as the feedback loop between clients and the product management team.
  • Review the customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and providing consultative support to overcome issues and achieve goals.
  • Facilitate interaction and workflows between project team members to ensure expectations are met.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of laser scanning and reality capture solutions. Relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, energy, or industrial processing is essential. A strong knowledge of digital twin and modeling platforms, as well as relevant software technologies, is also required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a VDC Manager, Project Engineer, Technical Innovation Manager, or similar role is necessary. Proficiency in hardware and software reality capture solutions, such as Leica, Faro, Trimble, NavVis, and 360 Photo solutions, is required. Familiarity with digital twin/industry 4.0 practices using Autodesk Products, ESRI, Siemens, Bentley, Aveva, SAP, Oracle, and Solidworks is preferred.
