Marketing Growth Specialist

L'Ecole DSP, école du groupe IEF2I Education, recherche un Growth Marketer Junior pour soutenir la croissance de l'une de ses partenaires. Cette opportunité est idéale pour les étudiants en marketing et communication qui souhaitent acquérir des expériences précieuses dans le domaine.
Missions Principales- Développement de Stratégies de Croissance :
- Participer à la définition et à l'exécution des stratégies de croissance pour augmenter le nombre d'utilisateurs, les conversions et les revenus
- Concevoir et tester des campagnes marketing innovantes pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance définis
- Identifier et exploiter de nouveaux canaux d'acquisition et opportunités de marché
- Analyse des Performances et Optimisation :
- Utiliser des outils d'analyse (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) pour suivre les performances des campagnes et des initiatives de croissance
- Analyser les données de trafic, les taux de conversion et d'autres KPI pour évaluer l'efficacité des actions mises en place
- Formuler des recommandations basées sur les analyses pour optimiser les campagnes et améliorer les résultats
- Gestion des Campagnes Marketing :
- Assister dans la création, le lancement et la gestion des campagnes marketing digitales (emailing, publicité en ligne, réseaux sociaux)
- Suivre et ajuster les budgets publicitaires pour assurer une allocation efficace des ressources
- Tester et affiner les approches marketing pour maximiser l'efficacité des campagnes
- Collaboration et Coordination :
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes produit, contenu et design pour assurer la cohérence et l'impact des campagnes
- Participer aux réunions de stratégie de croissance et fournir des mises à jour régulières sur les performances des initiatives
- Innovation et Veille Technologique :
- Rester informé des tendances du marché, des nouvelles technologies et des meilleures pratiques en marketing digital
- Proposer des idées innovantes pour améliorer les stratégies de croissance et se différencier de la concurrence

Vous souhaitez préparer un BAC+4/5 en marketing, communication digitale et gestion de projet.
- Compétences Techniques :
- Connaissance des outils d'analyse de données (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar)
- Expérience avec les plateformes de gestion de campagnes publicitaires (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Compréhension des principes de base du SEO, SEM et des stratégies d'acquisition
- Compétences en gestion de budget et en optimisation des campagnes
- Qualités Personnelles :
- Fortes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Créativité, proactivité et esprit d'initiative
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de projets
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
