Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Consultant Senior en Systèmes d'Information Ressources Humaines (SIRH) / HCM Cloud pour rejoindre nos équipes et participer à la réalisation de projets de transformation digitale majeurs dans le domaine des ressources humaines.

Responsabilités

En tant que consultant.e senior, vous serez amené.e à :

  • Participer à la définition du périmètre de votre mission et animer des ateliers avec le client.
  • Collaborer à l'élaboration du planning en concertation avec le chef de projet.
  • Coordonner une équipe de consultants juniors, superviser leurs activités techniques et fonctionnelles, et favoriser leur montée en compétences.
  • Suivre l'avancement des différentes phases du projet dans votre domaine d'intervention.
  • Concevoir et configurer l'outil SIRH en fonction des besoins du client et des hypothèses de réalisation du projet.
  • Assurer la qualité des livrables et la satisfaction du client.
  • Réaliser des investigations et proposer des solutions innovantes.
  • Accompagner les clients dans leur montée en compétences sur la solution.
  • Contribuer activement au développement de la communauté HCM Cloud.
Profil Recherché

Issu.e d'une formation supérieure (école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou équivalent), vous avez une expérience probante dans l'implémentation de projets SIRH.

  • Vous maîtrisez une solution SIRH intégrée ou de paie (telles que Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Cegid, HR Access...). La connaissance d'Oracle HCM Cloud est un atout.
  • Vous recherchez une entreprise où vous pourrez vous épanouir professionnellement.

  • La maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, est nécessaire pour intégrer nos projets à portée internationale.
