Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team in Toulouse. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new profitable business opportunities for our company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies in collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.
  • Prospecting and negotiating new business opportunities with clients and partners.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and networking.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
