Senior Corporate Hedging Manager

As a Senior Corporate Hedging Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities with our clients, structuring and selling FX derivatives (options and forwards), and achieving Convera's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify corporate clients' hedging needs, structure customized solutions (TARFs, Accumulators, KOKI forwards), and negotiate with counterparties.
- Proactively propose hedging solutions to the entire client portfolio.
- Monitor the performance and activity of client accounts and establish reliable activity forecasts.
- Establish, secure, and manage business relationships through regular meetings and proactive phone calls.
- Propose restructuring solutions for out-of-the-money positions and regularly suggest new product ideas.
- Share ideas and best practices with commercial teams during weekly meetings.
- Assist in prospecting new clients, including accompanying business developers on meetings.
- Stay up-to-date on economic and financial data (Bloomberg) and inform clients about market opportunities.
- Strong work capacity to implement Convera's commercial strategy.
- Excellent team spirit, ability to motivate others, and set an example.
- Deep understanding of the FX market and products.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required, with at least 5 years in B2B sales within the financial services sector (bank).
- Client-centric with a willingness to provide proactive and customized solutions.
- Experience working in a KPI-focused environment.
- Voluntary, ambitious, and motivated to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Strong IT skills and ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Reuters, and Bloomberg.
- Organized, rigorous, and able to resolve problems and multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Degree in Master (Business School or Engineering, University) and AMF certification.
- Fluency in French is required, and English is desirable.
