Unlock Your Potential as an Enterprise Account Executive

Okta, the world's leading identity company, is seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the French market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships with top-tier organizations and driving sales opportunities through creative strategies and value selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a long-term approach to assigned accounts, leveraging your expertise in SaaS solutions and enterprise sales.
  • Utilize your knowledge of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify and manage deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with Okta colleagues, including channel partners, sales engineering, and business value management, to drive sales success.
  • Embody Okta's core values, particularly the commitment to loving our customers.
  • Explore new business opportunities through partnerships, alliances, and strategic relationships.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience selling SaaS solutions in enterprise organizations (1,250-4,000 employees).
  • Proven track record in new business development, negotiating multi-million dollar opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in French and English.
