Figma is a design tool company that is growing its team of passionate people who are on a mission to make design accessible to all. We believe that nothing great is made alone, and we're looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and business folks.

This role will involve developing executive-level relationships across our most strategic customers, building a strong sales pipeline, and exceeding annual sales targets. You'll also navigate complex sales processes, create compelling business cases, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness.

We're looking for someone with 8+ years of sales experience in a SaaS business, ideally focused on Enterprise. You should have experience in selling to technical audiences, closing complex sales cycles, and prioritizing competing demands from customers. Native or professional-level French and English are also required.
