We're seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to join our team in France and drive growth in the Financial Services industry. Your expertise in selling to this sector and managing large, complex accounts will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

As a Strategic Account Executive at Databricks, you'll work closely with our teams and partners to develop a compelling business plan that accelerates customer success and exceeds quarterly and annual usage and booking targets.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • You'll co-develop a business plan that drives customer success and exceeds targets
  • You'll lead your team, customers, and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases and prove their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
  • You'll implement big data and AI transformation goals for your customers through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement
  • You'll develop a deep understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and technical champions
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience developing strong relationships with large, global enterprises and managing virtual teams
  • Experience working in big data, cloud, or SaaS industries
  • Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software companies
  • Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models and strategies with professional services and training teams
  • Experience co-selling and scaling business with cloud vendors and global solution integrators
  • Experience co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level executives
  • Experience with value-based selling
