International E-Commerce Partnership Manager (m/f/d)

Position Overview: As the International E-Commerce Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's digital footprint. Your primary focus will be on discovering, negotiating, and establishing key partnerships that will elevate sales and enhance brand recognition within the online marketplace. Collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external partners will be essential to meet our online sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential international online collaborators
  • Formulate and implement strategies to onboard new partners and negotiate advantageous agreements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive support for online sales strategies
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners, tracking performance and optimizing growth potential
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to remain informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements to foster innovation and sustain competitiveness
  • Coordinate promotional activities with partners to drive sales growth
  • Evaluate online trading performance through key performance indicators

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated success in online sales and partnership cultivation, ideally within the jewelry, watch, or lifestyle/fashion industries
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Results-driven approach with a capacity to spearhead initiatives
  • Highly organized with robust analytical capabilities
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail is preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
