International E-Commerce Partnership Manager (m/f/d)
Position Overview: As an integral part of our organization, the International E-Commerce Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's digital footprint. This position involves identifying, negotiating, and establishing strategic alliances that will elevate sales and brand recognition in the online marketplace. Collaboration with both internal teams and external partners is essential for meeting our digital sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential global online partnerships
- Formulate and implement strategies to onboard new partners while negotiating advantageous agreements
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive support for online sales strategies
- Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners, tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Conduct thorough market analysis to remain updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics
- Stay informed about sector advancements to foster innovation and sustain market competitiveness
- Coordinate promotional initiatives with partners to drive sales
- Evaluate online trading performance through key performance indicators
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success in online sales and partnership cultivation, ideally within the jewelry, watch, or lifestyle/fashion industries
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
- Results-driven approach with a capacity to spearhead initiatives
- Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail is preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
