Job Description

As a Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our national accounts. You will work closely with our retail partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring strong relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets across national accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion in national accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
