Job Description

Page Personnel, a leading recruitment and staffing agency, is seeking a Commercial Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our services to potential clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to promote our services and products to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen and sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Fluency in French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
