As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Your Missions

As a Client Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Traitement commercial et technique (Suivi des portefeuilles Middle, Back Office bancaire):
    • Manage commercial and technical flows, including the setup, security, and validation of OVF;
    • Provide digital accompaniment to clients, ensuring their autonomy and satisfaction;
    • Ensure regulatory compliance, including EER and KYC;
    • Manage credit files, including analysis, montage, and follow-up;
    • Manage placements and insurance activities with clients and prospects;
  • Gestion du quotidien de l'Agence:
    • Manage the agency's standard telephone system;
    • Handle BAL and agency tasks;
    • Process correspondence;
    • Manage the agency's supplies and inventory;
  • Work closely with the Director and Sales Managers to develop commercial relationships with clients and prospects, with the goal of achieving the agency's objectives;
  • Participate in the development of commercial strategies and initiatives to drive business growth;

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial banking and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in the enterprise or professional market;Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial industry;Fluency in English and/or French;
