Director of Outbound Marketing

As the Director of Outbound Marketing at Upfluence Inc., you will be responsible for leading the company's outbound marketing efforts, shaping and executing strategies to drive lead generation and demand. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of outbound efforts with other demand-generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive lead generation and demand.
- Manage and optimize outbound lead generation processes to meet key metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize outbound efforts.
- Mentor and coach a team of outbound marketers and SDRs to ensure they achieve their goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in leading outbound lead generation and managing outbound teams.
- Strong understanding of edge cases, Python scripts, APIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring and coaching sales teams.
- Fluency in English, with experience working in a US-based market.
