We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our Acceleration Units team. As a key member of our global Sales and Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of electrification and driving sustainable growth.

About the Role

As the Sales and Marketing Director - Acceleration Units, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of our sales and marketing efforts globally. You will develop and execute a global sales and marketing strategy that aligns with our vision of electrification and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a global sales and marketing strategy
  • Drive sales and marketing excellence, leveraging digital and traditional channels to communicate our value proposition effectively
  • Proven expertise in sales & marketing management, ideally within the electrical equipment sector or related industries
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly
  • Adaptability and an international mindset, ready to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry
