Position Overview:

As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and implementing our sales initiatives within the French market. You will join our EMEA Enterprise Sales Team, currently consisting of five Account Executives, and will be instrumental in acquiring and nurturing clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage a designated territory focusing on larger enterprises, responsible for building a robust sales pipeline and successfully closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, and other internal specialists to navigate the sales process effectively.
  • Report directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales, providing insights and updates on sales activities.

Initial 30 Days:

  • Familiarize yourself with our organizational culture and operational environment.
  • Engage with the global team through introductory meetings.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and value propositions through structured training.
  • Learn our sales methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Explore your assigned territory in detail.

First 3 Months:

  • Effectively categorize your portfolio and begin engaging with strategic accounts.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities by being meticulous and impactful in every sales interaction.
  • Initiate the creation of a sales pipeline to ensure ongoing success.

First 6 Months:

  • Establish and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, generating new revenue by closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Promote and instill discipline within the sales team regarding timely and accurate CRM updates.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Engineering and BDR teams to expedite sales opportunities.

First Year:

  • Achieve and surpass all quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide accurate forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis to meet and exceed established quotas.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall business performance.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in a B2B context, particularly with large accounts.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends and drive results.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for our organizational culture.
