We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager to join our EpiSaveurs network, specialists in grocery, beverage, equipment, and hygiene solutions.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Leading and overseeing a field sales team
- Coaching and developing our Area Managers
- Managing team operations through effective leadership
- Addressing HR issues within your team
- Creating action plans that align with our sales objectives
- Regularly evaluating all performance metrics
- Engaging with clients and pursuing new business opportunities
