The Role: Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of Area Managers within our EpiSaveurs network. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across our diverse portfolio of grocery, beverage, equipment, and hygiene products.
Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Area Managers to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Provide ongoing training and support to your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and actively prospect new business opportunities within the food service industry.
- Ensure efficient team operations through effective resource allocation and management practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of the food distribution market. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
