Responsabilités- Contribuer à la mise en conformité des traitements de données de ENGIE SA
- Animer la filière des Correspondants Privacy et des Data Privacy Managers du Groupe
- Apporter un appui juridique pour mettre en conformité les traitements de données de ENGIE SA
- Participer à la mise en œuvre des actions de sensibilisation et de formation des acteurs concernés
- Aider à la préparation des Comités Privacy et y présenter les dossiers confiés
- Participer à la négociation des clauses de protection des données dans les contrats
- Contribuer au traitement des incidents de données
- Participer à l'analyse des bilans et des programmes de protection des données des Correspondants Privacy et des Data Privacy Managers
