IC Resources is seeking a seasoned professional to lead global key accounts and drive growth for a pioneering ADAS software development company. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in the Automotive Industry and make a significant impact in a dynamic start-up environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand global key accounts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier 1s, with a focus on Renault and PSA/Stellantis
* Drive autonomous decision-making and take ownership of key initiatives
* Foster a culture of innovation and enthusiasm within the team

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
* 10+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry, with a focus on Software products
* Proven track record of success in working with OEMs and Tier 1s
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to travel to German HQ when necessary
