Position Overview:
As a Senior Training and Knowledge Enablement Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for our teams regarding existing and new processes and systems. Your focus will be on utilizing innovative technology and redefining knowledge deliverables to foster effective engagement with the business user community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with user communities to identify training needs and address challenges.
  • Transform needs assessments into actionable enablement plans, coordinating with fellow Advisors on similar objectives.
  • Work closely with global Training & Knowledge Enablement Specialists to ensure consistency and alignment in training offerings and reference tools.
  • Design and conduct training sessions for core insurance systems and processes, utilizing both virtual and in-person formats while implementing advanced learning methodologies.
  • Support the ongoing transformation of Training & Knowledge Enablement, contributing to the rollout of new digital capabilities through project engagement and coordination.
  • Assist the Head of Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Enablement with various tasks in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:
  • A minimum of several years' experience as a business trainer or in a related field, with a strong emphasis on instructional design and training delivery, particularly in e-learning and mobile training.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, along with cultural awareness to effectively manage diverse and remote teams.
