About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduling Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Bid and Project Team, you will be responsible for providing expert time management information to support decision-making at the tender stage and during project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse schedule management requirements for each tender, defining tender preparation schedules and monitoring progress until submission.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, highlighting critical paths and risks, and proposing optimisation and mitigation actions.
  • Contribute to project strategy in compliance with Bid Management Team requirements, delivering schedule deliverables on time.
  • Support project execution by building project schedules, participating in baseline validation, and ensuring stakeholder commitment consistency.
  • Organise and lead project schedule sessions, focusing on early identification of potential delays and risks.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling processes, preferably in the industrial or railway sector.
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools, such as Primavera or TILOS.
Desirable Skills
  • High-level English language proficiency
  • Agility in juggling schedules, simulations, and changing project goals
  • Rigorous and structured approach, with a sense of anticipation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
