About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic business plans to achieve our company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • BA degree in a related field.
  • Fluent French and English language skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
