Job Summary
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Labour Law Counsel to join our People Team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our labour law strategy and providing expert guidance on employment matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth knowledge of French labour law and advise on employment contracts, working hours, remuneration, remote work, disciplinary actions, contract termination, and intra-group mobility.
- Draft legal documentation, including contract templates, letters, and information notes.
- Prepare documentation and training materials for HR and managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a labour law counsel, preferably in an international company or law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of French labour law and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and spoken skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
