Safety Validation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Validation Manager to join our team at Automotive Cells Company - ACC. As a key member of our Simulation & Validation department, you will be responsible for managing the V&V project teams for Validation & qualification tests to ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the V&V team in compliance with ACC HR policy and ensure the quality system, processes, and relevant KPI of Validation Safety team are compliant with applicable standards.
- Define and manage the V&V team KPI and report evolution monthly, and monitor/adjust the V&V processes to ensure most effective & efficient validation of functional product safety requirements.
- Lead and organize the V&V activities with relevant functions of ACC project and test lab, and manage the allocation of test- and simulation resources for validation of functional product safety related requirements.
- Contribute to the development of new tools/KPI for V&V activities and share best practices within ACC test team.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar job activities with V&V team management (Eng & technician) and activities on tests for Industrial or automotive market with respect to QCDP.
- Master's degree or Eng degree with Electrical or Physical Measurement.
- Good level in English and French.
- Proactive and anticipative, team building, well organized, good relationship/communication.
