Safety Validation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Validation Manager to join our team at Automotive Cells Company (ACC). As a key member of our Simulation & Validation department, you will be responsible for managing the V&V project teams for Validation & qualification tests to ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage V&V Project Teams: Lead and organize the V&V activities with relevant functions of ACC project and testlab.
- Define Safety Objectives: Define the main ACC and project Safety objectives and provide Safety Expertise to the team members.
- Validate Safety Deliverables: Validate Safety Validation deliverables and follow-up of the actions plans /owner/schedule proposed in agreement.
- Establish Safety Standards: Establish the standards and procedures for Safety Validation related activities and escalate to Product Safety officer/ customer all Safety issues.
- Ensure Resource Availability: Ensure that adequate resources are available to support all Safety activities, in-house or at supplier's (sub-contractors).
- Electrical and Physical Measurement Expertise: Electrical, Physical Measurement, Environmental/mechanical/thermal safety tests, FMECA/PFMEA, fault tree, Main safety regulation (ISO 26262, IEC61508), Preliminary Hazard Analysis, Safety concept...
- Leadership and Management: Budget, hiring and objectives management, Proactive and anticipative, team building, Well organized, Good relationship / communication.
- Quality Tools and PLM: Quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, PDCA). PLM tools.
- Automotive Market and Development Process: Automotive market & development process & project.
