Etex France Exteriors, a subsidiary of the Etex Group, develops, produces, and sells innovative and sustainable solutions for the construction materials market.

In the context of a replacement, Etex France Exteriors is seeking a Commercial Development Manager for the Equitone brand.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop lasting relationships with your portfolio of influential prescribers (mainly architects, facade design offices, economists, etc.).
  2. Identify and analyze business opportunities and their stage of development, as well as other stakeholders involved in the operations or contracting companies.
  3. Anticipate market needs and propose adapted solutions, bringing technical expertise.
  4. Detect and organize events in your sector to consolidate and develop your network (composed of prescribers, installers, and distributors).
  5. Actively participate in defining the company's commercial policy.
  6. Ensure rigorous follow-up of CRM data (activity reporting, result analysis, optimization suggestions, etc.).
Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a professional with a commercial background (minimum bac+3) and significant experience in a commercial and prescription function.

You have a good knowledge of the internal organizations of prescribers and the decision-making chain.

You are a strong listener and persuader, organized, rigorous, and autonomous, with the ability to adapt.

You are proactive, motivated by challenges, and able to find solutions to achieve your objectives.

Ideally, you have experience in the "Building Envelope" products and solutions sector.
