Job Description

As an International E-Tail Business Manager at Uriage Eau Thermale, you will play a key role in accelerating our e-commerce growth and achieving brand objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to support the E-KAMs in implementing our Global E-Retail strategy, ensuring seamless cohesion and dialogue between HQ, regions, markets, and brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the E-KAM community to drive e-commerce growth and brand success.
  • Create a centre of excellence for international e-tailing best practices, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Help E-KAMs implement the e-retail strategy, leveraging data insights to drive business decisions.
  • Set up and animate specific 'Derma Etail' communities' meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement digital business insights, utilizing tools like DataSeeker to extract and monitor e-retailer data.
  • Responsible for brand image assets implementation on e-retailers, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
  • Lead e-commerce reporting, supporting the development of data analysis and dashboard harmonization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the e-commerce environment and its challenges.
  • Ability to lead meetings with multiple participants and facilitate collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data insights.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as an E-KAM or E-Tail professional.
