Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out service and accurate information recording.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with hotel departments to meet guest requirements.
- Deliver high-quality and efficient service to guests and staff.
- Assist guests with airline, hotel, tour, and restaurant reservations as requested.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Front Office/Butler operations, including team management.
