Job Title: Director of Sales, Business Travel

Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts to maximize revenue and profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to exceed individual booking goals and targets
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to sales staff
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the business travel industry, with a focus on account acquisition and growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business or hospitality
