About the Role

  • Drive Customer Success: Help Value-Added Resellers (VARs) classify 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud customers to provide tailored enablement and support, enhancing cloud utilization.
  • Monitor Adoption: Track the pace of 3DEXPERIENCE adoption on the client side to ensure timely subscription.
  • Grow Customer Relationships: Foster trusted relationships with customers, delivering maximum value from the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  • Business Guidance: Utilize touch-points like Business Reviews to understand customers' business priorities and guide them on leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in direct client management, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales roles at B2B technology companies focusing on the ASEAN market, including ANZ.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills.
  • Bonus: Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and industry.
