Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Blockchain Sales Leader to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team
* Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the blockchain or Crypto industry
* Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
* Proven ability to close deals
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
