Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Crypto industry.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure product market fit.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the blockchain or Crypto industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, other languages are an added value.
- Location: The role is based in Paris, with the option to work remotely across Europe.
