About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Electra. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

You will manage employee relations, provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, and oversee payroll procedures. Additionally, you will develop systems to process payroll account transactions, coordinate timekeeping, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 2 years working on an international scope. Fluency in French and English is required, as well as a thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations, especially in France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Oversee payroll procedures and develop systems to process payroll account transactions
  • Coordinate timekeeping and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
