Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional business strategy to achieve annual sales revenue and gross margin targets.
- Build and maintain key business relationships across the customer value chain, identifying new opportunities and routes to market.
- Manage all routes to market in the designated region, evaluating and recommending changes as necessary.
- Grow the current business across the region through expansion into new target market segments and countries.
- Monitor and review monthly key performance indicators (sales, gross margins, profitability) and provide regular reports.
- Support existing and future channel partners through product and application training and business planning.
- Develop an annual regional strategic plan, detailing optimum route to market, focused growth, new business opportunities, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- A valid driving license.
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum 8 years post-graduation work experience in business development.
- Proven experience in generating sales in international markets.
- Strong understanding of the water industry in the region, particularly stormwater.
