Business Development Director

Hydro International, a leading global provider of advanced products and services, seeks a seasoned Business Development Director to drive sales growth and expansion in the France market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a regional business strategy to achieve annual budget and stretch targets.
- Build and maintain key business relationships across the customer value chain.
- Manage routes to market, including annual evaluations and recommended changes.
- Grow the current business across the region through expansion into new target market segments and countries.
- Monitor and review key performance indicators (sales, gross margins, profitability) and provide monthly and quarterly reports.
- Support channel partners through product and application training and business planning.
- Develop an annual regional strategic plan, detailing optimum route to market, focused growth, new business opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- A valid driving license.
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 8 years post-graduation work experience in business development.
- Proven experience in generating sales in international markets.
- Strong understanding of the water industry in the region, particularly stormwater.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and CRM systems.
