Opportunity: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role is centered in a software impact organization and focuses on supporting the implementation of our data-driven ESG software platform.

The apprentice will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with the deployment of our SaaS solution, aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and achieving significant reductions in CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Deployment: Collaborate on the launch of our new internal Customer Success Management tool, contributing to the scalability of Deepki.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity and completeness of customer data, conducting Data Quality Checks (DQC) to enhance the impact of our platforms.
  • Customer Adoption Optimization: Facilitate the effective use of the Deepki platform by enhancing customer documentation and supporting platform upgrades.
  • This apprenticeship may evolve towards project management and direct customer engagement over time.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is also required.
  • Experience in project management.
