Dassault Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to drive the growth of our simulation business in North China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional channel strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Develop and implement regional channel strategies to drive SIMULIA and SolidWorks Simulation business growth
* Manage regional VARs (pipeline, technical enablement) and partner enablement teams
* Identify and onboard new VARs for SIMULIA and SolidWorks Simulation
* Drive regional programs to promote CAE business and generate leads
* Guide and mentor industry teams, partners, and create credible pipelines to meet and exceed annual targets
* Engage with major account customers directly

Requirements
------------

* Bachelor's degree, 5-10 years of sales experience in direct sales and channel management in software industry
* Simulation knowledge and experience preferred
* Strong communication skills (Chinese and English) required
