Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and attentive service to guests, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, ensuring that their needs are met with a smile.

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or reservation role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Knowledge of Opera or other booking systems is an advantage.
- Full, clean, and valid manual driver's license is preferred.
- Flexibility to meet hotel rostering needs, including weekend and public holiday work.
- Working rights for New Zealand are required.
