We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Front Office Agent. As a representative of our luxury hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and attentive service to guests, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, ensuring that their needs are met with a smile.
  • Take initiative to create memorable moments for our guests, showcasing your passion for high-end hospitality and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front office or reservation role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of Opera or other booking systems is an advantage.
  • Full, clean, and valid manual driver's license is preferred.
  • Flexibility to meet hotel rostering needs, including weekend and public holiday work.
  • Working rights for New Zealand are required.
