Sales Director France

As a Sales Manager in our France region, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our full product range, as well as supporting channel programs to meet sales targets. Your daily tasks will include creating campaigns with the Channel Marketing group, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and distribution channels, and identifying, negotiating, and closing sales activities to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Channel ManagementYou will be responsible for managing stock, price, product, distribution, investment, promotion, event management, and channel ROI management, gathering customer and market information from CM to Distributor to Dealer to End-User.
Field Sales ActivitiesYou will travel and visit potential and existing customers (dealers) on pre-scheduled appointments, discussing products in person and helping distributors get orders. You will also gain a clear understanding of customer businesses and requirements and provide feedback to the company.
Marketing ActivitiesYou will support product launches, marketing and PR collateral, sales tools, website content, sales training, promotional campaigns, and lead/revenue generation.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree-level education or equivalent, at least 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably with retail marketing experience with IT and PC hardware/peripherals sales. You will also need to be able to manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis, have experience of B2B negotiations, and have fluency in French, English, and preferably one other European language.
Personal CharacteristicsWe are looking for a self-starter who sets clear objectives, defines metrics, and key milestones to plan and organize work. You will need to respond quickly to customer/client requests and needs, anticipate changing customer needs, and proactively support colleagues and collaborate with them to help achieve targets.
