Sales Manager Job Description

Cytoo SA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the cosmetic industry and academic community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop existing accounts with key customers in the cosmetic industry.
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new fee-for-service opportunities worldwide.
  • Collaborate with R&D staff to establish Statements of Works.
  • Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports of sales activity in a timely manner.
Micropatterned Products:
  • Maintain and develop existing key accounts.
  • Administrate sales from inbound enquiries.
  • Work with production lab manager and technical experts to identify suitable products.
  • Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce.

Essential Job Requirements:
  • MSc degree in biological sciences.
  • Minimum 2 years proven sales experience of life science products and/or cell-based assay services.
  • Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, public presentation, and communication.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into meaningful proposals.
  • Results-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office products and Salesforce CRM.
  • Native or native-like fluency in English is mandatory.
