'Staff' for administrative roles, 'Care' for medical and social positions, 'Missions' for generalist tasks, and our recruitment agencies (HC Resources and Domino Consulting). Additionally, we provide a variety of HR diversification services, including wage portage, training, assessment, and transitional management.
Job Description:
Our branch, Domino RH Care Nîmes, is actively looking for candidates for the role of social and educational support facilitators (m/f) within the medical-social sector in the Lunel area (34) and across the Gard region.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the enhancement and maintenance of the capabilities of the individuals being supported
- Organizing engaging activities such as games, arts and crafts, walks, and reading sessions
- Providing assistance with essential daily tasks (toileting, dressing, meal support)
- Monitoring the progress of individuals, offering stimulation, respite, education, and facilitating communication with family members
Our client:
- Multiple temporary positions available
- Full-time or part-time opportunities for a duration of 4 weeks
Profile Requirements:
Your qualities:
- Exceptional listening, communication, and adaptability skills
- Ability to create professional written documentation to support actions
- Proficiency in finding solutions to meet the needs of the individuals being assisted
- Collaboration with various stakeholders (social and healthcare professionals)
Your qualifications:
- The position is open to both junior and experienced candidates
- State Diploma in Educational and Social Support (DEAES)
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the medical-social field
